What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age to drive is 23 years old, having driving licence at least for 2 years.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

The all drivers valid passport or identity card as well as driver licence. Further the main driver credit card or any companion´s one.

Is it necessary to have a credit card?

Yes, and the holder must been present.

How should I count the rental days?

A rental day includes up to the first 24 hours after receiving the vehicle, a courtesy margin of 4 hours will be apply when returning the car. After this period it will be consider as an extra rental day.

How can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Can I choose the vehicle model?

No, the reservation will be made on the chosen group reserving any of the models that make it up. However, we always try to satisfy our customers needs as far as possible, so you can leave a comment about it in the RESERVE form OBSERV section; without implying confirmation of the request.

Who can drive the vehicle?

The main driver, who appears as the contract holder, as well as 2 additional drivers authorised by the company.

Where can I drive the vehicle?

Our vehicles have only authorization to circulate in Spain, Gibraltar and Portugal; any transfer out of the peninsula is strictly forbidden (Baleares Island, Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla). To drive in Portugal have an extra charge of 50€.

Should I install the additional accessories myself?

Yes, as this is required by the vehicle insurance company; since, in case of incident caused by improper installation the insurer is not responsible for the caused damages.

Where do I pick the vehicle up at Málaga Airport?

We will be waiting for you at arrival area on your left, after the first electric door, with a sign of AUTOS PARIS. In case you don't see us, please contact us by phone on +34 952 32 28 42.

If I don't arrive on a flight, where can I pick up the vehicle?

You can pick up the vehicle at the port, train station or any place in the Costa del Sol you choose, paying an additional charge between 10€ and 70€ per service.

Where I do return the vehicle?

Usually, in the same place you picked it up or where you choose in the Costa del Sol with additional charge.

How can I extend a rental?

Contacting us by the phone +34 952 32 28 42 or mail autosparis@telenet.es in a maximum of 24 hours before the agreed time in the rental agreement. Otherwise, the insurance will lose its validity and will be notified as misappropriation at the corresponding organism.

What should I do in case of breakdown or accident?

You should phone us to +34 952 32 28 42 and we give you instructions.

Can I apply for an invoice?

Yes, you just have to indicate it to the person who is attending you by providing your tax information, as well as an e-mail address to send it to you.
